Baseball Industry Experience

For the past four years I have worked closely and built relationships with the future of baseball. I have been at all of the major amateur baseball events, learned about the world of amateur scouting, and have been surrounded by baseball development.

Our role at Youth Prospects allows us to build personal relationships with the athletes that scouts and organizations often are unable to. This gives us unique insight into not just the physical development of these athletes but their mental and character development.

I have had the opportunity to develop a unique perspective on player development and the baseball world in general. It is a small community in which relationships matter, which has greatly benefited us at YP.
